Travel Tips

This section will tell you about things you need to know about weather, health, equipment, RVs, packing, camping etiquette, cooking, traveling with kids, even building a perfect campfire! There are 20 pages of indispensable, no-fluff information here. If you are going to Canada or Florida, we include additional information you will need in traveling to those destinations.

Trip Itinerary

This is your day-by-day game plan, tailored to your unique needs. You will find extensive details on activities, accommodations, driving directions, and your pre-arranged activities. Confirmation numbers are right in your itinerary as well as on your vouchers.

Vouchers

Vouchers for all of your trip's components are included in a separate folder. Just hand the voucher to the hotel, campground, outfitter or vehicle rental company knowing that we've taken care of the details.

Route maps

Using the best maps available, we hand-trace your route, including destinations and points of interest along the way. We've found that computer-generated maps are no substitute for the real deal.

Destination Folders

For each of the areas you'll visit there's a folder stuffed full of even more helpful information. Included with major destinations are our handy More About documents, which neatly summarize what you need to know about getting around, dining, shopping, the weather, and optional activities. The More About's have many options of different things to do! We also include a carefully chosen assortment of travel brochures and publications. We've picked them up so you won't have to.
